Josh founded My Favorite Web Designs in 2009 and is still its senior developer, with 14-plus years of graphic design and coding experience across HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript. He personally sets the strategy for each client, reviews every design before it ships, and has built most of the marketing programs the team runs today.

Victor oversees landing pages and content production for clients. He is responsible for the success of several design, production, and development teams, and makes sure projects finish on time.

Laura has worked with Josh since the second year of the business, back in 2011. She manages the administrative side: billing, employee relations, and customer support.

Vincent is our lead programmer and the backbone of the build team. He manages every programming project and advanced customization, and personally takes on the toughest tasks so his coding team can focus and learn on the job.

Michael researches, optimizes, and manages landing pages for clients. Experienced in SEO, he grows organic traffic and brings in the right leads, working closely with each client to understand what they actually need.

Nicole creates and runs content across every social platform, from Facebook and Instagram to LinkedIn. She builds brand awareness and sharpens our clients' marketing so it drives real sales.

Freidel leads our clients' graphic design projects with a strong focus on web design, shaping a consumer-oriented presence that hits their growth goals.

With a background in SEO, Andrea builds and optimizes keyword-specific landing pages for SEO clients and runs the site audits that point our coding team at what to improve next.

Since 2019, Jessica has written custom content for landing pages and articles across a wide range of clients and industries, using keyword-focused techniques to get each one results.

Maria writes custom blog articles with a strong focus on unique topics across many industries. She tailors content to each client and keeps a quick, consistent monthly cadence.

Kevin creates content and supervises the video department. With skills across illustration, graphic and web design, video editing, and animation, he leads some of our most important projects. Whether you need a video ad, a logo, a website mockup, or a print design, Kevin has it covered.

Mark handles web and branding design, from logos and corporate material to flyers, ads, and social posts.

Diego optimizes images for SEO and creates custom designs for featured images and social posts, with a focus on function and detail.

Jean heads the coding staff, backing his team so they deliver quickly and cleanly. He also works directly with clients to edit and build their websites.

Jhoselyn leads our local listings team. She handles Google Maps, Bing Places, Apple Maps, the BBB, Yelp, Facebook, and the long list of directories in our master sheet.

Peter finds local and custom citations to create, claim, and optimize client profiles, which matters a lot for local search. He also knows HTML and CSS, so he pitches in on technical support when needed.

María is a steady hand on the local listings team. Cheerful and ready to solve whatever comes up, or learn how, she loves the work.
