My Favorite Web Designs ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you use our website, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short and honest, the way we try to keep everything.
What We Collect
- What you give us. When you fill out a form, email, or call, we collect your name, email, phone, business details, and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Analytics data. Like most sites, we collect basic usage data automatically: pages viewed, browser and device type, and a rough location, through tools like Google Analytics.
- Marketing data. If you arrived through an ad, we may see which campaign sent you, so we can measure what's working.
How We Use It
- To reply to you and provide the services you ask about.

- To measure and improve our marketing.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and opt in (for example, by choosing "Text Msg" as your contact method on our form, or by texting us first), we may send you text messages about your project, your account, scheduling, and customer care. We only text you about the things you reached out about or agreed to.
- Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from My Favorite Web Designs at that number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us. We will send one confirmation message and then stop.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at the email or phone number below.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We never share your mobile opt-in. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies And Analytics
We use cookies and similar tools for analytics and, where you came from an ad, for measuring campaigns. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may work less smoothly if you do.
Who We Share It With
We share data only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as analytics, advertising, email, and hosting platforms, and only as needed. We may also share information if the law requires it. This does not include your mobile opt-in or text-messaging consent, which we never share with anyone.
Your Choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of our emails at any time. Just email josh@myfavoritewebdesigns.com and we'll take care of it.
